The service is available from key European & Middle East markets to more than 77 countries and territories worldwide*.

Delivery*
Delivery commitment varies from 4-6 days whether you are shipping to the USA, Canada, Oceania, Asia, the Middle East, India or Africa and deliveries will occur before end of business day.

What can you send?
As much or as little as you like, from 68kg to 1,000kg for each freight shipment. Please remember that all items must be movable by forklift, and either shrink-wrapped or banded.

What size?
Shipments may be up to 302cm in length and 762cm in length and girth combined (girth = 2 x height + 2 x width).
At least one item must weigh over 68kg or exceed the maximum dimension for FedEx International Economy®.

Shipping requirements
Band all single-piece cargo shipments greater than 68kg on all sides with heavy-duty metal straps or break-resistant banding straps (including for crates and skidded cargo). For freight (with any single piece greater than 68kg) contained within a hardened container (plywood, metal) and not banded, an exterior lock or clamp must be used (glue, nails and screws are not sufficient).

Customs

  • Expanded International Air Waybill required
  • Declared value for carriage must not exceed declared value for customs.
  • FedEx no longer applies a limit on customs value for regular international shipments. A limit may still apply depending on destination and commodity shipped. Carriage value is, however, still limited. Please call our Customer Service for information.
